Privacy Policy

Effective date: June 19, 2026  ·  Delvir Limited Liability Company d/b/a restu

1. Who We Are

Delvir Limited Liability Company (“restu”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the website at restu.me(the “Service”). We help consumers find potential inaccuracies across their three credit bureau reports and exercise their rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice.

This policy explains what we collect, where it is stored, who processes it, and the choices you have. For any privacy question, contact us at team@delvir.co.

2. How You Provide Your Reports

You download your three free reports from annualcreditreport.com and upload the PDFs. We compare them for cross-bureau discrepancies. No Social Security number is required, and we never pull your reports on your behalf. Seeing the discrepancy count and a preview is free; you pay a one-time fee only to unlock the full report.

3. Information We Collect

3.1 Account information

When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture. We use your email address as your account identifier so your uploaded reports, results, and purchases are tied to you.

3.2 Credit report data

  • Uploaded report PDFs — stored securely with your account so you can revisit your analysis.
  • Discrepancy records — the cross-bureau discrepancies we identify from your uploaded reports.

3.3 Payment information

Payments are processed entirely by Stripe, Inc. We never see or store your card number, CVV, or bank details. We retain only Stripe’s charge identifiers and your payment status, so we can confirm which reports you’ve unlocked and process any refund.

3.5 Consent records

When you accept our Terms at checkout, we record your acceptance — the timestamp, the version of the Terms in effect, and related request metadata — so the agreement you accepted can be reproduced in the event of a payment dispute.

3.6 Information collected automatically

  • Usage & log data — standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps), retained for a limited period for security and debugging.
  • Session cookies — a secure, HTTP-only authentication cookie that keeps you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

4. Where Your Data Is Stored & Who Processes It

Your data is stored and processed in the United States by the following providers, each of which is contractually bound to use it only to provide services to us:

  • Neon — our application database (account and discrepancy records).
  • Vercel — application hosting and Vercel Blob storage for uploaded report PDFs and receipts.
  • Stripe — one-time payment processing.
  • Anthropic — your uploaded PDFs are sent to Anthropic’s Claude models to analyze them for discrepancies. Your data is not used to train their models.
  • Google — sign-in (OAuth) only.
  • Resend — transactional email (e.g., account and receipt notifications).

5. How We Use Your Information

  • Analyze your uploaded reports and identify cross-bureau discrepancies
  • Unlock and deliver the full report you purchase
  • Process payments and any refunds
  • Provide support and send transactional notifications
  • Detect and prevent fraud and abuse, and secure the Service
  • Establish proof of your agreement to the Terms and defend against fraudulent chargebacks
  • Comply with applicable law and legal process

We do not use your credit data for advertising or profiling, and we do not sell your personal information.

6. How We Share Your Information

We share information only in these limited circumstances:

  • Service providers — the processors listed in Section 4, solely to operate the Service.
  • Payment dispute evidence — if you initiate a chargeback, we may share your consent and payment records with Stripe, your bank, and the card networks as evidence.
  • Legal requirements — when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Delvir Limited Liability Company, our users, or the public.
  • Business transfers — if Delvir Limited Liability Company is acquired or merged, your information may transfer as part of that transaction; we will notify you first.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

7. Data Retention

  • Reports and analysis records — retained while your account is active so you can revisit your results. You may request deletion at any time.
  • Payment & consent records — retained as required to meet financial-record obligations and to defend against payment disputes.
  • Server logs — retained for a limited period.

8. Security

We protect your data with industry-standard measures: encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS with HSTS), secure HTTP-only session cookies, access controls, secrets kept server-side and never exposed to the browser, and rate limiting on sensitive endpoints. We do not retain your Social Security number. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

To report a security issue, email team@delvir.co.

9. Your Rights

You may request to:

  • Know / access the personal information we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Delete your account and associated data (except records we must retain by law)
  • Export a machine-readable copy of your data

We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. To make a request, email team@delvir.co from your account email address; we will respond within 30 days. We do not send marketing email; transactional messages tied to your account cannot be opted out of while the account is active.

10. Children

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If we learn a minor has provided personal information, we will delete it promptly.

11. Third-Party Links

The Service links to third-party sites (e.g., annualcreditreport.com, consumerfinance.gov). This policy does not cover those sites; review their privacy policies before using them.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. We will update the effective date above and, for material changes, notify you by email or a prominent notice on the Service before the change takes effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
